All of our sweet breads are baked without using a drop of water, using 100% Hokkaido wheat and 100% Hokkaido milk dough.
Our special know-how allows for a one-year frozen shelf life of the dough after baking, and there is almost no deterioration from freezing.
As long as the ingredients used in the product have a shelf life, the frozen shelf life can be maintained for more than one year.

Thanks to our special know-how, the frozen shelf life of the bread dough after baking is one year, and there is almost no deterioration from freezing. All 100% Hokkaido Milk Bread is kneaded and baked with 100% Hokkaido top quality wheat and 100% Hokkaido milk without using a drop of water. We will submit an ingredient specification. Normally, freezing failure occurs after 1 week to 1 month, but our breads can be frozen for more than 1 year and up to 5 years after baking with our special technology, without any freezing failure.

The fresh cream used in Sapporo Super Dark Fresh Cream Milk Bread is made from the highest quality fresh cream from Hokkaido, but it can be frozen for up to one year.
