Greetings from the President

There are millions of Hawaii fans in Japan.
Hawaii's food culture has long been a familiar taste experience for the Japanese, exemplified by Kona coffee and garlic shrimp.
Malasadas are another iconic Hawaiian sweet, but they are still only known to a limited number of people in Japan.

We saw great potential in this situation and set out to take on this challenge.
In order to bring “malasada” to Japanese people who have never heard of Hawaii...

The first thing we did was to thoroughly pursue “deliciousness” itself.

Generally, doughnuts lose their texture and flavor after 24 hours of production.
Through extensive research on fermentation techniques and frying methods, we have succeeded in developing malasadas that retain a fluffy texture and rich flavor similar to that of freshly baked doughnuts even after 24 hours or more.

As a result, our malasadas are so delicate that they seem as if they will fall apart at any moment, melting softly and with an exquisite texture.

Through thorough process control and standardization of operations, we have also established a system that allows us to consistently deliver the highest quality products.

We will continue to take on the challenge of becoming a bridge to bring the "Heart of Hawaii" to everyday life in Japan.
We promise that we will continue to evolve and strive to become a brand that is loved by everyone.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and patronage.

Representative Director Shuji Yamamoto
