As long as the ingredients used retain their flavor, frozen sweets can be preserved for over a year.

All 100% Hokkaido Milk Bread is kneaded and baked with 100% Hokkaido top quality wheat and 100% Hokkaido milk without using a drop of water. We will submit an ingredient specification. Normally, freezing failure occurs after 1 week to 1 month, but our breads can be frozen for more than 1 year and up to 5 years after baking with our special technology, without any freezing failure.
